Dine Out 4 Autism
April is the month for Autism Awareness and most of the restaurants of New York City’s most delicious borough, also known as Staten Island, are collectively standing up to support the programs that are available for Autistic Staten Islanders and to support the programs that help spread awareness about autism.
There are more than a handful of restaurants participating, 21 of them in fact. Among those restaurants are Bayou, Bocelli’s, Liberty Tavern, and you guessed it, the Marina Café. We will be donating ten percent of all Monday food sales during the entire month of April to Eden II Programs in support of Autism Awareness.
Eden II is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to support those living with autism throughout their lives and to help them achieve their full potential through service, science, and passion. Eden II is nationally recognized as one of the top leading organizations in working with those across the autism spectrum.
And if you weren’t already convinced enough to come out for a good cause; Every Monday at the Marina Café is all-day happy hour. So come on down and have a good time, while supporting Autism Awareness in the process. The Marina Café specializes in seafood and American cuisine and features unbeatable views of Staten Island’s Great Kills harbor.
